So here we are again – it feels as if the month has really flown by.  But it's now December and all the draws for November have now been completed and the winners decided.

The real question is, were you among them this time around?  If you have any tickets lying around that you forgot to check, now is the time to find them and see whether you actually did win after all!  From a tenner to the jackpot, anything could be possible.

So let's go through the variety of draws one by one – starting with the main Lotto draw – and see what happened during November.

For the purposes of this chart the bonus ball numbers have not been included.

So there were only two draws which didn't result in any jackpot winners at all, while the most we saw in any one week were five jackpot winners.  And there were no strikingly unusual draw numbers this week, unlike that run of numbers in the twenties that we saw last month.

The biggest jackpot for the whole month was £7.79 million on the 12th, while the smallest was still a reasonably impressive £1.95 million for the penultimate November drawing.  And as for jackpot shares, the biggest was the winner of the last draw of the month, who bagged an impressive £7.64 million pounds all to themselves.  The smallest was £593,100, won by four separate people on the 5th of the month.

So all in all it wasn't a bad month – no matter when you won the jackpot, you would have walked away with more than half a million at the least.

As far as certain numbers appearing more than once is concerned, here's a selection of the highlights.  The numbers which came out twice each were 18, 5, 30, 38 and 35.  Triple appearances came from 33, 43 and 13.  The number 34 came out four times, but by far the most frequently appearing number was the number 27, which popped out in five main draws altogether.  And it came out once as a bonus ball too!

But as always, some numbers didn't show up at all, and for the month of November these were as follows – 8, 9, 16, 21, 22, 28, 29, 32, 36, 40, 42, 44 and 46.  So there are four numbers in the twenties there, which perhaps isn't surprising, given last month's performance.  And there is one pairing, 21 and 22, which might just be worth keeping an eye on for next month.  Some people like to bet on numbers which haven't been seen for a month or so when they pay for their tickets, so if you are in this number you might want to think about this.

As for pairings, we saw three during the whole of November - 26 and 27, 33 and 34, and 34 and 35 – which actually popped up twice together.  So what will we see next month?  More or less than this I wonder?  We can only wait and see.

Other winners

If you managed to bag five numbers plus the bonus ball in November, what kind of prize would have been waiting for you?

On Saturday 1st November, seven people each bagged a total of £209,814.

On Wednesday 5th November, another seven people each walked away with £104,281.

On Saturday 8th November, thirteen people got lucky and each won £117,708.

On Wednesday 12th November, nine people won the tidy amount of £96,404 each.

On Saturday 15th November, ten lucky winners each walked away with £161,860.

On Wednesday 19th November, six people were lucky enough to bag £104,324 each.

On Saturday 22nd November, eight people won £194,067 each.

On Wednesday 26th November, twenty people got £30,152 each.

On Saturday 29th November, eight people walked away with an impressive £218,846 each.

As you can see, the highest and lowest payouts occurred on the last two draws of the month.  The lowest was on the 26th, with £30, 152 going to each winner (and that was the draw with the highest number of five plus bonus winners as well), while the biggest amount of £218,846 went to five plus bonus winners on the last draw of the month.

So it was clearly a high numbered month for the Thunderball.  The number 8 was the lowest one of the lot, and it came out three times, with the numbers 9 and 11 showing up twice each as well.

Nothing major this time, as you can see – three out of the four jackpots were in the same ballpark, while the last one of the month was the result of a rollover.

There was one winner in the first and second weeks of the month, none in the third, and once again a single winner for the fourth rollover week.  So will we see any more jackpot winners next month?  It would be a nice seasonal bonus wouldn't it?

Lotto Hotpicks

The main prize to attract people in this draw is the £130,000 top prize, which is clearly a lot lower than each of the other draws.  We tend to see a lot less winners because of that – just one for October, for example.

And in November we saw a grand total of two winners, who both won on the 26th of the month.  It was clearly a lucky day!  Tune in next month to see if any more people win.

Dream Number

This is another tricky draw to win, because you need to get the right numbers in the right order to succeed.

And once again this month we saw the most common result of all – no major winners of the half a million pound prize.  Better luck next month, perhaps?

Daily Play

The Daily Play draw takes place on every single day of the week except for Sunday.  That means you have six chances each week to win a prize – but who got the jackpots in November?

Well it was something of a successful month, with five dates bringing seven jackpot winners in all.  Each person won the guaranteed £30,000 jackpot.

There was one winner on the 7th, two on the 11th and another one on the 21st.  Following on from that, another two people bagged their £30,000 prize each on the 24th, with one final winner getting lucky on the 28th.

All in all it was a very successful month, as I am sure the seven winners would agree!  Will you be among them next month, or will you continue to play the better known draws with the bigger jackpots?

Overall results

So it was a strange month really.  There were no major results that were real eye openers, given the type of results we sometimes see.  No huge jackpots this month, but with Christmas on the horizon we might see a special jackpot of a bigger size especially arranged for closer to the big day, so it's worth keeping your eye out for that.

Lotto Hotpicks and the Dream Number draw only saw two winners between them for the whole month, so it could be a better result next month perhaps.  And if you read last month's review you will know that we actually predicted that we might not see a Dream Number jackpot winner this month, so we got it right!  It's a shame we can't pick the actual winning numbers with any more accuracy…

Still, there is always the next draw to concentrate on, so if you like to analyse the numbers before you make your choices for the next draw, make sure you do so now.  We've given you all the results for November, so now it's your turn to try and pick the winners for next month.

And if you get it right, it could be a very happy Christmas indeed.
